The year 2009 is starting off on very note in Oregon. It is starting off with Shakespeare plays being held at various prestigious theaters like the Angus Bowmer Theater, the New Theater and the Elizabethan Stage. The festival starts on February and runs right up till November. The plays range from Macbeth to Henry VIII, Don Quixote to The Music Man and from Much Ado About Nothing to All’s Well That Ends Well, all the great classics guaranteed to satisfy your appetite for art and culture. This is how the playbill stands:

Macbeth at the Angus Bowmer Theatre from February 13 to November 1
Death and the king’s horseman at the Angus Bowmer Theatre from February 14 to July 5
The music man at the Angus Bowmer Theatre from February 15 to November 1
Equivocation at the Angus Bowmer Theatre from April 15 to October 31
Paradise lost at the Angus Bowmer Theatre from July 22 to October 31
Dead man’s cell phone at the New Theatre from February 19 to Jun 19
The servant of two masters at the New Theatre from March 25 to November 1
All’s well that ends well at the New Theatre from June 30 to November 1
Henry viii at the Elizabethan Stage/Allen Pavilion June 2 to October 9
Don Quixote at the Elizabethan Stage/Allen Pavilion June 3 to October 10
Much ado about nothing at the Elizabethan Stage/Allen Pavilion June 4 to October 11
